For senior leadership teams.
Execution has stalled.
It’s not a strategy problem.
The strategy is sound. The people are capable. But decisions are stalling, dates are slipping, and energy drains into rework.
The instinct is to add something: more process, a clearer RACI, an external review. In our experience, they make it worse.
The drag isn’t in the process. It’s underneath it.
KIVA is a structured 60-day engagement that identifies the systemic friction blocking your team and removes it.
Clients we have recently worked with: Redpin - Flutter - Domino’s Pizza - AstraZeneca - Ransom Naturals - Hubron International - AirTanker - William Hill - Landsec.
Why it works when everything else hasn’t.
The thing blocking execution is almost always the conversation your team has not yet been able to have.
We don't arrive with answers. We arrive with the ability to create conditions your team cannot create for itself - to surface that conversation, hold it to a conclusion, and make sure it sticks.
The result is not a report. It is a team that has resolved something real, together.
This is not a workshop. Not a coaching programme. Not a consulting project.
It is structured time - with the right conditions and the right support - to surface what's creating the drag, have the conversation that needs to happen, and come out the other side with decisions made and execution moving.
How it works.
Three moves. 60 Days. Execution restored.
Move 1: Diagnose
One day. Full leadership team in the room. Not a survey, not interviews - the conversation the team has not been able to have with itself. We leave with a clear recommendation on next step.
T+1 Day
Move 2: Align
Two to three working sessions over two weeks. Structured space for the team to surface what's creating the drag and work through it. We don't hand down answers. The work between sessions matters as much as the work in them.
T+2 Weeks
Move 3: Embed
We hold the team to its commitments. We don't close until something has genuinely shifted. By this point the team is running its own way of working - we're in support, not in front.
